Hurricane

 I neglected to make notes when I made my Hurricane.  Rumdood, KP, and Fred Yarm all give excellent descriptions of the drink. There isn't really much I can add to the tale. It's tart, it's boozy, it's more likely to be made with fassionola when I make one at home... a story for another day.

Hurricane

2 oz lemon juice

2 oz passion fruit syrup

4 oz dark Jamaican rum

Mix with ice, pour into a Hurricane glass
